About

The IT Support Symposium is an annual event for UW-Madison IT support professionals to create connections and build community, and brainstorm solutions to collective challenges.

Our mission is to connect IT support professionals to share best practices, creatively troubleshoot solutions, and build community. We aim to bridge silos and increase interdepartmental collaboration and communication.
