In the World Café format, two concurrent discussions will each include five small groups discussing a central theme. Participants are divided into small groups, usually seated around tables, to discuss a specific topic or question. The discussion will occurs in multiple rounds, with participants switching tables after each round. Each round is guided by a question related to the main topic, encouraging deep and focused conversation. At the end of the rounds, insights and ideas are collected and shared with the larger group to identify common themes and patterns.
